Return & Exchange Policy

​輸送コストを抑えるため、日本の出版社から船便で絵本を取り寄せています。梱包には十分気をつけておりますが、湿度によるうねりや、絵本の角へのダメージが発生する場合がございます。

基本的に読み聞かせに支障のないダメージには、返金・返品・交換は致しておりません。

発生した場合には速やかに報告をいたします。​​

 While we take great care in packaging, there is still a possibility of potential damage to the picture books during transportation, such as wrinkling due to humidity or damage to the corners. 

Please note that we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for damages that do not significantly affect the reading experience. However, if any damage does occur, we will promptly report it to you.
